About me

Born in 1952 in a small village in Germany, I was drawn from an early age to the wider world. My studies and travels shaped my perspective until, in 1987, I made Crete my home, where I continue to live and work as an independent artist. 

Art Education

From 1974 to 1978, I studied Art and German Studies at the University of Duisburg, initially preparing to become a teacher. Soon, however, my path shifted entirely toward art. Transformative encounters on my travels played a crucial role: in 1983, I met Roger Savage on Crete (a painter from Nova Scotia, Canada), whose guidance reshaped my approach to painting within hours. Later, I studied with Swiss painter Emil Häfelin, learning extraordinary watercolor techniques and receiving critiques that profoundly influenced my artistic development. 
Art has always been my constant companion — a mirror of my inner world and an ongoing journey of exploration.

Human Design Education

My journey with Human Design began in 2007. After three years of personal research and exploration, I felt called to dive deeply into the system. This led me to four years of intensive study with Genoa Bliven at the HUMAN DESIGN SCHOOL OF AMERICA.

 In 2015, I became a certified Human Design Analyst and h ave been sharing this work ever since.
